This is a total scam. They charged $108.24 on August 3rd 3 times to mt debit card. When I contacted my bank's fraud division they said they had been getting a lot of calls about this.
Called me 4 times today, said nothing the one time I picked up and left no message in the others
I just received a charge for 10$ smh I have an Xbox but haven't used it in 6 years and it was never once hooked up online to even have a connection to my money... Hopefully My bank will have my back..
I have received 5 calls in 5 hours on a Saturday from this number that appears to be Microsoft.
I called to report a problem logging into hotmail. The "tech person" called me back on my home phone to help me, and said he needed to take over my computer to find the problem. I told them I wasn't comfortable with that and hung up.
I have blocked this number from Microsoft on my phone, I DO not know why they are calling but somehow the number still calls my phone.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
