i get several calls a day from this number and no one is ever there

This phone number is a scam, fraud, and should be reported to the Do Not Call registry. I had to change my phone number and get it unpubished cause of this.

I am receiving calls every 30 minutes from this number. I would like for it to stop.

I have had almost exact same thing happen. I returned my loan modification package to Chase in the prepaid Fed Ex envelope they provided on April 16th, 2010. About noon time on May 12th (almost a month later) a man came to my door and handed me a very plain envelope, (no business name or return address front or back of envelope) but my first and last name "hand written" on the envelope. He just handed it to me and said "you need to take care of this"!! One sheet of paper inside saying I need to call JMA Services or JM Adjustment Services to make arrangements for them to pick up my loan modification package and last line stated if I have any questions to call this 800-848-9380 number. Sunday, June 6th I had 3 calls from that number and June 7th, 2 calls already. I have not answered any of these calls and they do not leave a message. Chase did reduce my interest rate which reduced my payment by $500 a month!!! This entire process has taken exactly one year and I have been diligent to call them at least every 2 or 3 weeks through the whole process to see where we are at and in providing complete paperwork on everything they asked for all this time - which WAS A LOT OF STUFF. I have received other strange notices on my door during this time, 2 line tiny sheets of paper stuck in the door saying a field inspector called on me. I take all this strange stuff to my local Chase branch and ask them to check on it and they always tell me to not worry about it??? Thank God this is done but now the phone calls from this same number, even on Sunday?

It's from a call center in India making the calls for Chase. Next time they call, ask them about the weather.
