Get these calls 3 or 4 times a day--never leave message---I don't have a mortage or any other debt--guess I will either get bored and put them on call blocker or answer it just to see what the heck it is--

When you get an agent tell them the number they are call is a work cell number and they are not allowed to call it. Ask that they remove it from their system. If they need to contact you tell them through the mail. Let the rude csr's luck stamps all day or be out of a job.

In my state (CA) unlawful detainers generally take about 30 days minimum; the process may be faster in your state. In CA the first step is to serve a 3-Day Notice to Pay or Quit. If the tenant doesn't pay or vacate, the landlord will file an unlawful detainser complaint. The plaintiff (landlord) will than have a process server serve that complaint & summons. Once served, the defendant (tenant) has 5 days to answer the complaint. A savvy tenant can drag out the eviction process using various ploys and affirmative defenses, sometimes for several months.

That is incorrect - you are not delinquent on mortgage until the 16th of the month. Just like you are not delinquent in a rent payment until 5 days after the 1st or 15th which ever your rent is due.

I have NEVER had a mortgage with Chase (I don't even have a mortgage anymore with any bank!) yet this # calls several times a day 6 days a week! How can I make them STOP?!

I keep getting calls from this number. No message , no call back instructions. I just want it to stop.No messages no anouncements nothing.

Is there a way to get these people to stop calling our work here? They keep calling for an ex employee who has not worked here in over 3 years, we have told them dozens of times that he does not work here nor do we know how to get in touch with him, and they keep calling!

The non English speaking idiots keep calling looking for someone that is completely unknown to me. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number only to be asked if I was sure. REALLY? Look stupid....if you are that stupid to understand an American talking to you....then go play in traffic because you are not smart enough to comprehend that this is not the number for that person.
