I got a call from them and I don't even have a mortgage.

I've gotten a call from these schmucks myself this morning (11/23/2013)--8:24 A.M. CT, to be exact. I've never even banked with Chase before, either. I don't know about anyone else, but as far as I'm concerned, the FTC really needs to crack down on these jokers for harassing people they way they've been doing for countless months now.

Chase is the worst in the business. If you find anyone who speaks english and knows what they are doing, good luck.

Had a call from this number today, no message left. Have never had an account of any kind with Chase, and don't have a mortgage with anyone.

It's Chase Home mortgage. After the 5th of the month, they will call every day. The advice I would give is to file a complain with the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency).

Everyone says it is Chase--but I don't have an account with them and never have. I only have a car and a mortgage payment with my local bank and payments are automatically taken out of my account. It calls 4 to 5 times a day-- never leaves a message so I put it on call blocker a month ago and never fail--it is there every day. Really a pain in the azz !!

ok so they have been calling me. funny part is the loan and all info is in my husbands name only! My name and number has nothing to do with the loan/ account. so why and how did they get my number and only call me. and They have called me 3 times today and it is 1:30 they started early this morning and woke me up and then they do not answer???? What the Heck, you call me talk to me give me some answers. the number that called me is 18008483980

talk about harrassment. Some days I get as many as 10-15 calls a day from them. No one home but I have caller ID so I can see that they called over and over. Why not call once, leave a message and be done with it? This is overkill. [***] CHASE

this number has been calling alot (5 times today) Looking for another person. I told them it was not me they said they would transfer me but the disconnected me and they keep calling. I called chase and they said i have to try to get them to stop..thanks alot

This is a business phone and I get calls from this number numerous times a day (three while I was reading these posts) for someone that does not work here. Every time that they call, I tell them that the person they are calling for does not work here and to remove this number from their dialer. Just received another call (most all calls are people who speak very broken English). I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said "who is this"? I told him that it did not matter who I am, that I am tired of telling them to remove this number from the dialer. He told me that if I have a complaint that I need to call Chase. I said "I thought you said you are Chase" and he hung up on me. Does anyone have a number that I can call to report this problem or an address where I can send a letter to hopefully get someone to remove our number from the dialer?
