They call to pretend they are verizon tech support. They call to pretend to be Time Warner Tech support. I got 10 calls in a row while talking to local Time Warner cable. Ya maybe it's time to change services! Ridiculous enough that they have call centers in India? ? ?
This is a scam I went to Time Warner Cable or Spectrum as it is now they do not know this number don't answer the phone don't give him any information
Also they leave a,message to call them back and in the voice mail it's silent for the remaining g time and you hear typing and beeping. Beware, don't give your info like name and such out. Now it's non stop. All my apps are,acting up. Funny as I show my hub these voice mails all of a sudden that same number calls. Either 800 or 1800.892.2253. So Annoying I'm so mad!
Time Warner Cable among other reasons will call you from this number to tell you that your service has been restored 5 hours after you noticed that it was.
If Time Warner wants to know to "hear" from me, send me a letter so I can answer on MY time not theirs! Also, give me an incentive to answer you-- my time isn't free either!
