Have gotten around 13 calls from this number in 16 days, varying times. Leaves no message, and there's no response when I answer. On the last one, I answered the phone with "You better not hang up", and got a live person who stated that his name was "Andre" and he was calling on behalf of Time Warner before he suddenly hung up. If this is a customer service call, it has seriously backfired because I've now cancelled my 3 year old account with them due to this harassment and the fact that I have no way to ask them to stop.Awesome job to whatever VP came up with this idea.
I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. I use this number as my home phone. I never answer any call unless I know the caller, if it is important they will leave a message (they never have). I finally decided to find out who it is. I guess they think their customers can't read the tons of junk mail they send out so they have to harass you on the phone also (insert your favorite expletive here).
Time Warner - I just blacklisted that number, now I considering to switch my Internet service to another provider. I would understand 1 or 2 call but they called more than 10 times last 2 weeks!!!Let's all switch to another provider - that will make TW think a bit about engaging in next phone spam sales company with existing customers!
I just added this number to my blocked list. Now when they call again, my phone won't even ring. It goes directly to voice mail. I won't even know they called!
Yup, Time Warner it is. I plan to give them a call and tell them that I am cancelling. Amazing, some people just don't know how to do business!
My sick, elderly mom is on the Do Not Call list. They Robo call constantly to hound her with "an important message" that usually turns out to be a Sales pitch. They have been told to stop. They have been reported. The calls keep coming. Where is the FCC? Why is this unenforceable? Enough!!
