I keep getting "final" calls from them about lowering my interest rates, even though I should be on their do not call list. If I am connected to a live person they will not connect me to a supervisor. They are rude and hang up on me.

This is my brothers phone who is disabled. These calls are coming one to three times a day. We have asked for his number to be removed only to get hung up on. Please help this stop. He is unable to get to his phone without difaculty.

Robocall about lowering my credit card interest rates stating that this is my second and final notice (not) and later on, "again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus." I don't know how these illegal telemarketing crooks can continue to get away with this nonsense, especially when they pretend that they're somehow affiliated with the government.Hang up. Don't press any number to speak to anyone. You're only confirming that yours is a real number. Add them to your phone's address book under SCAM or block the number if you can. As stated above, these crooks use a lot of different fake (spoofed) numbers, so you'll have to do this more than once.Immediately report these crooks to www.donotcall.gov each and every time they bother you.

Just an idea for these calls, put your Congressman's phone number into a call forwarding mode. MAYBE if they start getting these calls routinely they might see the light…..

Not only do they call me constantly, but when I take the time to wait for a human to get on the phone and tell them to remove me from the list, they hang up on me!!!!

This is a robo call from card member services prompting you to reduce your credit card interest rate before the government stimulus package changes, give me a break! There is only one prompt, press 1 to speak to someone to reduce your rate, no opt out option. I got a real person and asked them to remove me from their call list, they said you don't want to take advantage of lower rates, I said can you do better than my current 1.9%? They hung up, do they really think they can harass us so much that we give in? Stupid and aggravating!

That 800 number is only one of many, many other numbers with the exact same message. As soon as I block one, another pops up.They are now working on 980-337-2462 . Just got this one.

the phone call says something about lowering our credit card interest rate in conjunction with stimulus activities. Only gave me the option of pressing "1". I didn't and it soon went to silence. I was hoping for another option to remove us from their calling list, but I didn't get that.
