I have received a missed call from this number a couple of times. This needs to stop.

No it is not the collections department from Tmobile. It is however their customer service number. If you are getting these calls and you are with them you are probably up for a contract renewal or the want to let you know of specials or something. If you are not with Tmobile I don't know why you get these calls.

I just got a call from this number. They said they were Tmobile, calling about a past due bill. My bill is paid and the next one is due 6/11/2011. So the rep gave me the last 4 numbers to the phone number,which did not match my phone number. I informed her and she said okay, I will transfer you to customer care. At this point, a nice young man answered, I explained the issue and he said, he could look into my acct but I would have to give him my Social Security number. I was like okay, hold on..."what is your contact number?" he gave me 800-937-8997. As he was on the phone I googled the number and saw all your comments. I thanked him and told him I was not comfortable giving him my info, read him so of your comments and told him I would go into a tmobile store, and hung up. Issue resolved. :) Better to be safe than sorry. I believe it was a scam but will follow up with Tmbobile to be sure.

Got this call on my cell. I called the number from a land line, and it is TMobile CS. She told me that it was TMobile Marketing calling me, but not notated as to the purpose of the call. They left no message.

This is t mobile, I called to make a change to my rate plan, and the representative called me back from this number to give me additional information.

Didn't pick up. No voice mail

Just received a call from this number saying they were T-mobile wanting me to hang up so they could leave a message for some man. I informed this individual there was no man associated with this number. Other interesting thing is I don't use T-mobile.
