Got a call from this number 3 times in a row. Did a call back and an automated service answered and asked for my 10 digit number. All sounds normal except we dont have T-Mobile. Which makes me question the validity of the phone call.

call back from tmobile re an inquiry I made about overseas service. perhaps some of the calls result from some one giving a wrong callback number. if not from t mobile, is it a spoofed number (scam) call.

I just got a call from 800-937-8997 but when I answered, no one was there. I don't like being called by 800 numbers so I looked it up here and saw several people said it was T-Mobile. So I called the number myself and quickly got the familiar T-Mobile jingle and voice recording asking for which service I needed help with to select the option. Knowing our bill is due, I'm sure it's them calling about our bill.. I'm 100% sure it's T-Mobile, usual fraudsters don't copy that exactly since they only want your money and get off quick... It's T-Mobile.

Caller id says tmobile. I've had 5 calls in a row from them, but my internet anti-robo call service cuts it after 1 ring as it does with all scam calls. I don't have any active business with tmobile. If it's really them and there is an issue, they can send me a letter.

They called 3 times. Left a message on my voice mail that they were calling me back. I answered the third call snd asked them not to keep calling. They wanted my mobile number. I don't have T-Mobile service.

This is indeed TMobile, to inform me that my AT&T cell number was in the process of being ported. TMobile cancelled the porting, rep said it was not fraud, it was a mistyping of the actual number, similar to mine. Don't block this one in case it happens to you!

Was called, didn't p/u, no msg. If T-Mobile, no f*g acct with them - tracing back so I can send a gift up their ***.

Fraud please do not use or talk to unprofessionals

My bank contacted me today about a possible fraudeulent charge.I went to my bank's website to check my account, and noticed the charge of $7.89 that i could not recognize, and the number attached to the charge is 800-937-8997The company listed on the charge was Alphaclub from United Kingdom. Had to cancel my debit card today, and wait for my new one. Just thought to mention it just in case, even though it was not related to receiving a call from this number.

This number showed up in my checking acct. as a TMobile charge for $335 against my d-card. Other sites have said it's a scam for having your number transferred from TMobile to another carrier. Put a stop on my card, disputed the charge. Sucks to be you, scammer pos!
