got this call but I am very suspicious of it. They can get your email from ebay listings so beware. I think it's a SCAM.
I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL, SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS RECORDING THE CALL, I TOLD HER I WAS ALSO RECORDING THE CALL AND THAT IN LOUISIANA I DID NOT HAVE TO TELL HER I WAS RECORDING THE CALL, SHE SAID TO PLEASE HOLD ON AND PUT ME ON HOLD. AFTER 20 SECONDS OR SO SHE RETURNED AND TOLD ME TO HAVE A NICE DAY AND HOPE I CONTINUED TO USE EBAY OR SIMILAR INFO. MUST BE A FRAUD OR SCAM OF SOME TYPE. CALLER ID SHOWED FROM MIDVALE, UTAH AND EBAY IS IN SAN JOSE, CA., SO THIS WAS THE 1ST RED FLAG TO GO UP.
Emailed eBay and asked them about this number. They confirmed that this is a fraud. The first couple times they offer you tips on selling more then once they gain your trust they call with an emergency problem that needs your banking info.

This number is legit....but when you call it you dont get anywhere....and it eventually ahngs up on you. Ebay customer support sucks, and DONT use the online chat unless you have a lot of time to kill (the people have no idea what they're doing & they'll waste a half hour of your time before they ask you the same question you answered in the first sentence of the chat) FYI, they must be out of the country somewhere getting paid $2/hr cause thats the type of service they provide! lol GOOD LUCK!
Got a call from this # too and meCalled it back and got outgoing message, sounds like eBay but it was odd they asked for my eBay user name so I asked why and he said they were confirming a bid I had out but when I told him I wasn't bidding on anything he asked if I was selling anything!? So I hung up and found this site and emailed eBay C/S.
These calls are NOT form ebay.Ebay is in CA, not Utah.They don't have a call center in Utah ( I asked)).
