I received a phone call today from the referenced number and they left a message. This was from Ebay and they just stated the obvious for sellers about giving buyers good service as far as packing items and keeping you powerseller status, no mention of calling back just the same old boring crap. The only issue i have is the woman who left the message did not speak english well which i have ran into when calling ebay. I don't mind if the customer service reps are from out of country but the language barrier and the broken engish it is hard to understand them fully.
yes, its ebay. this is just part of their 'new' business model. they make things way more difficult and also try to make themselves way more money. don't waste your time talking to them. its funny... just like any other greedy corporation... when YOU NEED THEM you talk to someone in India. WHEN THEY NEED YOU they call you from the USBTW the new ebay fees are 13.5% and paypal will not release your funds until 3 days after delivery. in fact, they might just hold it indefinitely and not give it back. see PAYPALSUCKS.COMgood luck my friends, and remember to try craigslist first.

This is legitimate. This was a call from eBay. She was following up to a dispute I filed against a seller. She helped me resolve the dispute and get my money back.
eBay calls all the time from this number. Its their Salt Lake Office. Its just customer service for sellers. Its not a big deal.They just tell you about the new tips & ideas to maximize sales.

The number is totally legit.Ebay has an office in Utah for calling sellers to help them improve their sales. I have talked to them many times. They don't ask for your password or user id. Everyone calm down.
