ID theft crooks, probably offshore. The caller ID is forged. They only call cellphones for some reason. They're after your credit card numbers so they can bill fraudulent charges to your card.The credit card companies, who actually steal the money from your account and funnel it to the fraudsters, could shut this down in a heartbeat, but apparently they don't want to.

Please, stop calling us! We are on the do not call list!!!

I have received several calls from "Card Services" over the past couple of months. I am debt free (aside from a home mortgage in good standing). I do not owe on any credit card, however, I receive calls from these people everyday! Morning...noon...night. I have stored 14 (to date) different numbers for them in my phone. I have resorted to desparate measures. I now answer the calls. I press 1 to speak with a representative. I politely allow them to go thru their sales pitch. When they ask if I have at least $4000 in credit card debt, I take a big deep breath, and blow my trusty old fashioned whistle into the phone. It gives me great pleasure. I have been called and rudely hung up on too many times by these people. I have tried being sincerely polite, to no avail. I have no reason to try to reason with them anymore. If they are going to be rude to me, they will get rude in return. It may not stop the calls, but I now hang up with a smile on my face, rather than a scowl. :-)

I got a pre-recorded phone call from 802-230-6357 today at about 10:28 AM PDT. The recording identified herself as "Rachael with Cardholder Services" and told me that there was an urgent matter with my account, but that this urgent matter was not a problem. The only option was to press 1 to be connected to a representative about lowering my interest rate. I pressed one, and the guy who answered asked if I pressed 1 to get a lower rate on my account. I tried something different, when the person asked be if I carried $5000 in credit card debt I screamed into the handset and hung up on him. Hope his ears are still ringing.

Telemarketing firm, probably not legally registered. Cell phone number, for Vermont, USA. I never answer, and they never leave a message.

Three numbers call on a regular basis: 802.230.6357, 617.390.4562 & 347.218.0531 - called Verizon and had them blocked for 90 days (their max). Hopefully it'll helpout.

This is not TRAC phone related. They called me on my landline...some sort of spamming, to give me lower credit card rates. I try to call them to tell them to take me off their list and they hang up... 2 times this has happened. Next time they call, I will tell them I'm interested and could I please have their home number so that I can call them late at night to finish this call.SOOOOO annoying.

That's exactly what is ben happening to me! They call my cell phone and my kids cellphones as well. I make a complain on Do Not Call and they start calling us from a different number. When you call them to complain the have the nerves to hang up on you! I hate them! I wish Government would make that illegal- it is after all- HARRASSING!

A new scam out of these jerks, now it's about "reducing electric rates". I know what I'd like to do with some wire if I could get ahold of one of these [***], OR their political connected buddies.....
