I have received several calls from 802-230-6357 and I am registered with the DO NOT CALL list. I am convinced this is a SCAM can anything be done to SHUT THEM DOWN? I am concerned they will pray on elderly people. They are criminals as far as I concerned
No, this does not appear to be ligit. The website for cardmemberservices.com is for chase. I spoke with a representitive on the phone, and when asked what company he works for he indicated that he worked for card member services, and they take all credit cards... this is bull-poop as every card is assoicted with a single institution. When pressed about the website for the company he hung up.
these people have no return phone # return and when you ask them to take my phone number off there list they hang up

Just got a call- they claimed to be from Mastercard, then hung up when I said I didn't have a Mastercard. Shouldn't Mastercard be concerned about them misrepresenting its company??
This number keeps calling me daily from "Cardholder Services". 802-230-6357 I have tried multiple times to ask them to put me on their do not call list, and they either get nasty, or more often they hang up. Dirt bags.
I've been getting more and more calls from these guys. It's very frustrating. I'm getting tired of filling out complaint forms.
The FBI is aware of this. They are not telemarketers. They are part of a phishing scam ring to get CC numbers.These are criminals that are already breaking the law so asking them to stop is moot.Write down all the numbers they call from over a weeks time and send those numbers to your states Attorney General as they are working with the FBI.That is the best thing to do.
