just got a call saying it was a special agent, gave me a court number and said i was being served a restraining order...but i live in iowa and this number is from south carolina... and i had 24-48 hrs to repsond... now how many true legal services leave info like that on a message? NONE not calling back.. if they want to serve me a restraining order their more then welcome to... not calling back

Today I got a call from Christy Little. The same restraining order B.S. with a reference # kpt-2703. The call came across the caller id as anonymous. If you want to talk to me I'd better be able to tell who you are or you get the voicemail. I checked the voicemail and then googled the number. That has led me here. I hope they call back. I'll answer the next time. I'll verbally light a emm effer up! I used to telemarket and I believe if someone has to be pissed off at the end of a phone conversation, it's not going to be me. Rec'd two calls today one this morning around 6:30 and the caller said his name was Special Investigator Sheldon or Shelton, he sounded like he had food in his mouth and said that a claim had been filed against me and gave a claim or docket number, and mentioned something about a restraining order. Got another call this afternoon this time the caller was a woman and said her name was Jessica or Jennifer. Tried to call the number back and pressed the option number and got an automated message that all agents were busy and to wait on the line for the next available agent. I called a couple of payday loan places I dealt with and asked if they had been getting calls from customers regarding calls received from a South Carolina number. I guess the new thing for the 21st century is to start a scamming business.....what idiots....what goes around...comes around,,,they better be careful..

We just got a call from this number stating my husband was going to have a restraining order against him, and that we should call this number (803-369-3108) but they would not give us any info, only saying they were the middle man. I had heard of this scam so I didnt fall for it. Good luck getting this restraining order goofballs.

This morning I looked up the fax number of 440-756-7419.Strange thing is the area 440 is a Ohio area code, I even try changing the area code number to 404 and that area code is in Gerogia.
