Dolita, Unfortunately at the moment there's really not much we can do, the dncl does not help us if anything only makes us more vulnerable. I was advised by Bell to contact the crtc, I emailed them but have not received a response yet (government...bah no surprise). I've called this company many times, politely at first asking to be removed from their list. Listened to the guy go through his speech about what they can do for my interest rates, and how many ppl they've helped...blah blah blah. Now i've just given up, their own system forces you to take matters into your own hands.

First the telemarketer phoned called trying to get the credit card info to so she could try and save get me a lower interest rate. When i started questioning them about thier company, a lady named mellanie then started calling me a pain and a waste of her time. Cause she got paid by the hour. She siad she would be phoning back.

They called again today....it's 10:57 am atlantic time....getting to be a pain

I did that!Tried to get the name of the company that Mellanie worked for. She told tme JTMS in Florida. I tried to get their address and Mellanie told me it was "too long to say". I mentioned that she was requesting credit card information but the company she worked for was too long to say! Mellanie told me that she gets paid by the hour and said "I do not have time to deal with pain in the [***] people like you". Mellanie confirmed my phone numnber and said "I'll be talking to you!" She then hung up on me.

How do you get the number blcoked? Please they are calling daily sometime twice a day.

Called 3x in a row over 3 days. When I press to get off their list they keep calling back. Pressing 1 gives you a live operator. I gave them 'sh..' and they tell you to also press 1 to get off their list. Scam artists. How can this be allowed in today's society.

they also use # as 18888781014 13212491595 they go by jpm finances or world class servicess .they offer to lower your credit card ratings and then bill you for a service you never recievr Igot hit up for 900.00 us dollars stupid ne in ontario canada

I've been receiving many calls as well and like others I've selected to have my number removed from future call list but with no luck so far. A little searching shows the President of JPM Accelerated Services, Inc. is Ms. Jeanie B. Robertson and as luck would have it would appear a phone number for the same individual is listed under 411.com in Melbourne Florida. ;)
