Offered the usual extended warranty scam on my 16 year old truck in Inuvik, canada !! A bounty on this kind of callers could be a solution........
They called me today about 15 minutes ago. I'm on the DNC list for Canada and advised the operator so and that they'd be receiving a nice fine. The Canadian DNC list applies to foreign companies as well. They are a card holder service SCAM. They want your credit card numbers so they can commit identity theft. The woman on the other end was advised that they'd get about a $10,000 fine. She said she didn't have $500 and told me "Good Luck". I've already filed a complaint as have several other people so the company should be having their phone privileges yanked.
Keep getting calls from this service although I am on both US and Canadian do not call list. Would love to see if there are any teeth in this legislation.
I CANNOT believe these A$$HOLES called at 8:47 pm.....at NIGHTWTF?????? all the calls this week have been at night time, but mostly never later than 7pm...until tonight.....CANNOT BELIEVE THIS
Just got a call from michael blah, blah, blah, saving me interest. I pressed one cause I gave up on pressing 3. As soon as I got someone I asked politely if they would stop calling me and before I even finished the sentence she hung up.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.
