The dummies keep calling me and I have a pending payment set up on the computer. I am tired of there calls...They don't let it even get passed due.

This number is definitely used by Capital One. I think that Capital One is violating the "Do Not Call" rules in my case, but I'm not sure.

i got lots of calls bc the guy who had this nuumber owed everone money ive asked them to stop callng and that this is no longger his number but still calls several times a day i found a number for capital one 18009557070 keep pressing 0 till u get a person tell them if they dont stop u will file a police report for harassment they took my name and number and i am now on the do not call list

This number calls my phone 6 times a day and has for over a week. I made the mistake and called the number back. It said Capitol One then said to say your credit card number. I don't have a credit card with Capitol One and never have had one with them. Since I called this number back they now know that they have a live person and keep calling over and over. I don't answer and hope one day it will end. Don't answer when this number calls or they will know there is a person at your phone number. This is a scam and I feel sorry for some older person that gives out their Credit card number.

This number is capital one, they have called me a total of 8 times today alone, i dont have a job and unable to pay and they think by harrassing a person is going to get the to pull money out of our [***] or what...i always paid on time but kind of hard when you dont have a job. Do anyone know if there is a law regulating how many times they can call you in a day or a week?

Calls from this # with no message

I am constantly getting calls from this number on my cell phone. When I call it back it tells me it is Capital One. I have looked on line and people have reported that it is not actually Capital One. I am concerned due to the fact I do have a credit card from Capital One and now I am afraid to call them with any inquiries I may have. Is there something someone can do about this matter?

The same is happening to me. They call sometimes up to 7, 8 times a day, from various numbers. When I do answer, they say "I'm sorry, your breaking up". The person who most recently called sounded like she was from India as well, but I did tell her to take my number off the list and to quit calling. It is harassment! Did you have any luck with this approach?

What the hell are they calling on a Sunday morning at 9:30am??? I thought that was against the law.
