They Called and left no message twice so I picked it up on the third time . They asked for a certain member of my household. When I told them they were not here and asked if I could take a message they said "no message" and hung up on me.

It is NOT Capital One. My wife just got off the phone with their customer service manager. This number has no association with Capital One at all. They use the same voice as Capital One's system, but ask for your full credit card number instead of the last four digits like Capital One does.

It is Cap 1...somehow I missed my card payment last month...could have sworn I had set it up to pay but evidently I did not. Glad they called me...paid the past due and more...trying to pay it off!!!

The last time I spoke to the FTC, I ws told abput phsihing "Gypsies" purporitng to represent captiol One making tlehone calls, harasseing customers, and trying to obtain infrmation. However, there are also agents for cpatitol One also who have heavy handed tactics. I never perosanlly liked Captiol One and would never use their services. However, my husband is a Cptiol One customer. One such agent or Gyspsy called for the fouth time this week and demanded to speak to my hausband. he spoke to my husband and demanded accoutn infrmation over the phone which my hsuband refused to providel. My hsuband said he had just made a payment to Cap One. That in itslef should have been suffciencent. he requested that the gyspsy stop calling his home number and the Gyspsy said he would continue to call. At any t=rate, i reproted the entire conversation AGAIN to both the DO NOT CALL REGiSTRYand the FTC complaint line which is on-line.

Landlady's caller ID said Capital One. Somebody in the household must have a past-due account.

It appears that (866) 953-7906 & 813-274-1837 may be legithowever to be safe -- I would suggest calling Capital one directly -- if you have no open account with them (Capital One) or any balance owed -- its possible that their is account opened without your knowledge -- "businesss" can mean personal business as well as a business account.

Yeah, I didn't pay you this month; deal with it; you don't need to [***] god damn harass me for the only payment I've ever [***] missed.

This woman by the name of Linda keeps calling saying she has an offer from Capitol One concerning a business offer. Sounds like her speaking is in a chamber. Not!! Interested!!

I babysit for my daughter on Mondays and I have received four calls from Capital One. They hang up either when they hear my voice or I tell them that the person they are looking for is not there, but they refused to leave a message. If they call again, they are getting an airhorn in their headphones. Can they call repeatedly even when someone picks up. And can they hang up? It is rude and unprofessional

I don't know any Wanda & I don't have a Capital One account. Please don't call my 702 cell phone again. You don't even know my name because you never say who you're looking for. .
