FRAUD BEWARE!they have called me 4 times in one day... i answered the last time but no person on other end.. I called back and it was a machine asking me for the 16 digits of my capital one card! FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For almost 10 days now get calls 8 to 12 times a day from this number from 7:30 AM to almost 9 PM. A recording stating that it is Linda from Capital One with opportunities - and to please call 800-655-9900 for further infomation.
If you don't want them to call you, just call them and tell them to take your number of the list.If they did call again, sue them for wasting your minute. Tips from john316tips.com
Got a call from this number twice so far today. The person says her name is Linda and has a great deal for me but I need to call back. She also says she is with Capital One. How ever about a year ago I closed them cause they wanted to increase my APR to almost 33% from 12.5%. So really what great deal would they have for me my account has been closed and am on time with payments.
