It has literally been going on for years. I have requested many times to be removed from their call list and made it quite clear I do not wish to participate. Of course it's a different person calling every time that does not acknowledge being told or passing it on to their supervisor as asked.I reported it once to the Do Not Call Registry, may try again, but I have little hope. I am now considering my options of paying my phone company to block them or continue screening my calls by not answering directly.
Every morning this company calls me, I don't pick up the phone. Strangely the day this company calls me, I always get many calls from multiple toll free numbers including blocked numbers all day long. I don't like them calling me.
Two calls from this number today, what"s a person to do, to make them stop calling?? The National Do Not Call List doesn't seem to be working!!
They called the day before and after Thanksgiving. Also on the weekend and now during the week. Unfortunately the TCPA and Do-Not-Call list don't cover political calls or surveys. Still I will never answer any of their questions nor I will I do business with companies who use them. If NBC relies upon Nielsen Ratings to know if people watch their problems, then I stop watching NBC, and ask that others do the same.
YOU CAN REMOVE YOUR HOME NUMBER, this is Nielson Ratings, as they are not sales, they do not fall under DO NOT CALL registry.I asked for a way to remove my name, they gave me the 800-237-8611 number, I just called it, and they promptly removed my home number. I found them to be quite nice about it.
I don't watch the "stupid box" either and I took their $30 for the weekly survey to tell them so. :)
this is a survey jusy for watching tv you get paid. it's a $1.00 or $5.00 i did it last year. you get the money when they send the information to you.
