I too got a call here in Minnesota yesterday around 5pm on my cell phone! They are hitting everyone in this area right now. Like others stated, it said my ATM from Howard Bank has had fraudulent activity and has been deactivated. Then it prompted me to push 1 and enter my account number! This is scary, I wonder how many people are actually falling for this scam!
I just got a call from this number a minute ago and let it go to VM. My vm caught just the last part of the message about "contact our security services". Tried to dial back to find out who it came from and got a standard "*dee* *dee* *dee* The number you dialed is not in service" announcement. I am on the "do not call list", so I googled the number to find out more. Thanks for the posts here, they are very helpful -- I appreciate that there is a place where people can share their experiences with these scams!
Just rec'd call from this # stating my German American Bankdebit card had been illegally accessed and suspended. I don't evenhave GA debit...???
My daughter received a call on her cell phone yesterday asking for all her debit card info. She gave it to them then told us. We called the bank minutes later to cancel the card. This is a scam and I have filed a compliant with the cell phone carrier, AT&T/SW Bell and the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Call is a cell registered in Glendale TX. BEWARE

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
