I just got the same phone call from Iris and as I called her I googled this number online and got this Forum! Thank you all so much for the information. I 1st asked where she got my information where she couldn't give me a specific source, and then I mentioned that i wasn't interested and that this seems like some sort of scam and she was very reactive to get off the phone with me. It seemed too good to be true! :)

I got a not one but 3 phone calls from 21st Century/Today's Bride, all from diffrent people. They all claim that I won a vacation get away for me and my fiancee. I am so happy i searched the number on the internet and found these postings. I am going to set up an appointment and stand them up just for trying to scam me. What a rip that David's bridal sold me out to company that I will probilly hear from all the time now. What a joke.

Same ol story. My message was from 'Dawn'. I too have ONLY registered any info at DAVID'S BRIDAL. I plan to make a formal complaint as well. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE GIVE DAVID'S BRIDAL YOUR INFO.

Received a call from 21st Century/Today's Bride as well this evening from "Amber". While I am recently engaged, I have not entered any bridal contests or attended any events. Similar to other posters, I have signed up with David's Bridal - however, it was to buy a dress for a friend's wedding.

Received a call from Iris from the Awards Center at Today's Bride with return # 845-782-6759. I was also told that I won a prize. David's Bridal is the only place that has my information. I did call back the number and told them to remove my phone number from their calling list. I too am also glad that I 'googled' this before calling them back.

I just took a call from "Michelle" from 21st Century Today's Bride saying that I won a Bridal Package. Everything sounded great. I got online and googled the website. When I realized it was a scam!!! I am so glad I found this website before I drove three hours for nothing!

Same thing as everyone else and this is the 5th time someone has called me and they are all different people from the same company using different names for the company. It is really hurtful to think that you have finally hit the jackpot with something and then find out it is something dumb like this.

Recieved a call from Marion at RP brides, saying all we had to do to win a free trip is to come to a 90 minute presentation on cookware, with no obligation to buy.I was wondering if anyone actually attended one of their presentations.

I was wondering this same thing. If you have to attend the presentation to get the vacation, I totally would. None of these messages say if anyone actually went to it or not.

Thank you for the consumer affairs site. I just spoke with someone from RP Brides, Donna, who explained the process to me. I've been to one of these before when I was a little girl with my mom. The sales people do pressure you and my mom ended up buying a time share. After seeing the consumer affairs site, it sounds like an afternoon I don't want to spend. We have enough pressure as brides without this added. They did say David's Bridal (my local bridal shop) referred me.
