I have attended two bridal shows, and gone through this TWICE now! It's the same company that operates under two names. I really wish there was something we could all do to stop these people from bothering us, but if we want a chance at winning the REAL prizes, I'm not sure there is anything that we can do.

I went and it was not a scam! i got all of my gifts as promised and just chose not to buy the products. it was worth it and FREE!

I received a call on Saturday afternoon from 608-663-1186 from a Francis saying she was from RP BRIDAL REWARDS, she sounded just like the girl on the voice mail but when answered said she was Mary. I could hear other people on the phone in the background. I assured her i wasn't interested in anything free and to take my number, address, and name off of any phone list. She says she will do so. We'll see.Thanks to all the people that posted.

I just got a call from 846-782-1400 from Bridal Award Center inviting me and my fiancee to attend a presentation at Pearl River Hilton to look at a cookware demonstration and fill out a survey. We supposedly won a vacation package at a 4 star hotel good for 2 years and 1,000 dollars worth of coupon good for 1 year. We had to go tonight or weds of this week and we would get our gift.

I just received a phone call from Bridal Award Center, I will not be calling them back. I'm glad I looked them up prior to just calling back with excitement.

I didn't know what this message was for at first until I googled the company and found these posts. I'm glad I won't waste my time. Also, I have sent a few e-mails to company's regarding my wedding but none to David's Bridal.

Got a call from a 561 area code, offering up a prize. When I called back (3 times!) it went straight to voicemail, and identified the company as the Bridal Awards Center. Called back and haven't received a return call, but am so glad I googled the company name! My fiance and I just went to a bridal show this past weekend, so I was hopeful it was something legit... ah, well. Thanks for the head's up, all!

I GOT A CALL FROM THAT SAME NUMBER THE GIRL THAT CALLED ME SAID HER NAME WAS CLARISSA FROM RP BRIDE. AND YOU ALWAYS HEAR ABOUT THE SCAMS SO I GOOGLED IT AND THANKS TO ALL THE OTHER BLOGS I KNOW NOT TO CALL THEM BACK...OR I SHOULD TO TELL THEM I KNOW ITS A SCAM...THANKS FOR KEEPING THE BRIDES INFROMED...

Kelly from RP Brides called me to say congrats about winning a 3 day, 2 night vacation and $1,000 in free groceries. The whole time she was talking to me, she kept talking to someone else, which I found to be a little rude. It sounded like a scam to me... and sure enough. My fiance and I are working on finishing up college before the wedding, I don't have time for scams!

I just got a call from Theresa from R&P Brides saying that my fiance and I won a free vacation package from them. In her message she said that I needed to call back a soon as possible to get the vacation and that I could call back before 9:30 PM. When I heard the message I thought it was a scam, and sure enough after reading all the blogs it seems like it is. They left me the number 845-782-6759 to call back.
