Hey I just received a phone call from RP Brides. I don't know for certain but I believe it to be a scam. This is why: I got a call from Kelly. She had no enthusiasm at all about me winning a free trip(3 days to nights) to anyplace in Mexico, U.S., or Canada. I am register with David's Bridal. They are the only company I put my information with. I called them because this offer seemed too good to be true. They said they are not affilated with them nor have they ever heard of them. They did give the number to the travel agency they work with to check with them. I called that place and they said they have never heard of them either and They own there own business and only work with David's Bridal. So I went to yellow pages.com and put in RP Brides-no match. I put in the number "Kelly" called me from I got three different Business' all with the same number and with the same address. I just think it is very strange. I have been looking at blogs like this and I have seen people say they dealt with Royal Prestige also saying they won a free vacation and all they had to do was go to a 90 minute viewing of products. Then they have you sign something or if you do buy anything they send you an outragous bill for Tripple or more than what you baught and then they put it on your credit!(in some cases) I would be carefull with this and report it or really check into it if I were you. I did call back David's Bridal to let them know what was going on and the manager said she would talk to her boss and see what was going on.

I just got a call tonight from a Marion. I was all about winning a prize because earlier this week I was called by a flower company with a prize I had signed up for at a Bridal Show I attended. I called back after listening to her message, very excited! She was on the other line, probably talking to one of you ladies! So she called back and was speaking very very fast, but she even mentioned my wedding date while giving her speech. She asked if I had a few minutes. At this point it was 9:15 p.m. and I was a little weirded out so I told her I didn't and that I would call back another time. She seemed bothered by this. But here I am, after googling "rp brides". Such a bummer, i love winning!! Glad I found out! thanks

I got a call from Maureen RP Bridal who also said I won free vacation package. I had a feeling it was a scam - thank you posting your comments - now I know for sure!

Has anyone actually gone? I am going because we are actually in need of some kitchen stuff...we're gonna try and give it a shot since I've failed to find anyone who HAS gone and was displeased with the offer. Everyone just seems to be displeased with the proposal of an unrealistic offer. Unrealistic and free sounds good enough for us to check it out, even if it's just for a discount on our vitamins, lol! I'll post again after we go this Friday.

I got a call from RP Brides about a week ago saying I had won grocery coupons and a bridal vacation package. But I had to attend a cooking presentation at a local hotel in the area. However, they did not have specific hotel information and said they would have to call me back the day of. They did call me back on the day of the presentation but I didn't answer.Funny thing is, my mom who also attended the bridal expo with me got the EXACT same 'winning' message today. The message also said she had won a grocery coupon and a bridal vacation package too. We must be one lucky family! This is such a scam!

I got a call last night about the same stuff. A trip and a coupon book and some other things...but the number was different. 608-663-1186 was the number and her name was Parice. Not sure if im gonna go tomorrow or not but if it really isnt a scam...then im excited!

Wow I'm so glad I read this. I was skeptical of going in the first place, but I didn't know it would cost me money! That's ridiculous!
