Called and wanted my personal info for a chase card, I told them I don't have a chase account and they still wanted my info. I hung up and blocked the number.
Received 3 calls from this #, no message. Returned call which was answered as Chase Card Services & it sure sounded authentic.But then the person who answered wanted my full credit card # &/or full Social Security #, which was "unusual" (normally ask for last 4 digits). I declined to provide the info & hung up. Called number on back of my card & had the Chase Rep. check my account. He found no record of Chase trying to contact me & said Chase would NEVER ask for your full Social Security #. If you receive a call from 847-426-9209, & have business w/ Chase, use the # on the back of your card to follow up.
This is definitely Chase card dispute services. They just called and helped me manage a dispute that I have in process with them.
