It was a recording saying that I won 2 tickets for a cruise to the Bahamas if I took a survey. I wanted to try to speak to someone since it was 8:40pm and not an acceptable time to call. It disconnected me after "invalid" selections and I tried calling back. It said the verizon number I was trying to reach has been changed or disconnected. I too have AT&T.

Call comes right after an "866" #

Just more [***] from [***] with too much time on their hands.

They called, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. So annoyed with these spam texts and calls I keep getting.

Called, answered, silence, and no message left. Sixth caller in three weeks to do this.

Just another call from another unknown bothersome number. Don't these people have something worthwhile to do in their lives other than bother those of us that practice at being worthwhile???????

You will never be able to do anything to stop these calls because all the official agencies can't find them, nor keep up with them. The only thing you can do is put up with it and try to think of ways to give them a hard time, ignore all calls where you don't know the number or buy a call blocker.

Got a call, sounded like a real person. Asked me if I could hear him. I said "yes" which I believe activated the message. Told me because of a recent stay at a hotel I was eligible for a trip to Sunny Florida and gave me info on how many nights stay etc I'd get at nice plush resort in Florida. When I asked him, where did I say that I became eligible for this, the voice said "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you. Would you like to enter this contest?" (something like that). I said no and he said, okay, sorry I bothered you and hung up. Even though it sounded like he was actually there, you can tell that it was some type of recording. I tried calling the number back right after just to see if someone would answer and all I got was a swoosh sound and a busy tone. SCAM!

Chelsea, unless you want to speak with someone to give them hard time, you're wasting your time. No matter what you say to them, the calls will keep coming because they are all scam calls.
