Got two calls from this number today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. When I called the number tonight it said their hours in the Pacific Time Zone were Monday through Thursday 5 am to 9 pm and then something else on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This is absurd. If it really is overdraft protection they would have a 24-hour line, and opening at 5 am is weird and Friday hours should be the same as Monday through Friday.
If all this is true & it is Wells Fargo Overdraft dept - then why have they called me 3 times a day 4 days in a row-when I HAVE NEVER BANKED with them? They are also calling on a phone number I haven't given out to anyone but family. Can you spell SCAMMER?
That may be the case, but is every few hours necessary? The frequency of calls makes most people question and not answer.
this is a scam I called my bank and they said they never call and the person from this number said his name was tyler Thompson but would not give me his supervisor name I was on both lines with my bank and him he heard everything i said to by bank i did give my ss# and i was told to alert all my creditors and the credit bureaus in which i did wells fargo say they never ever call people also wells fargo closed my acct so everybody please be aware of this phone number

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
