It was Chase to verify one of my online transfer

I called the number on the back of my chase card after they asked for my debit card info. FRAUDULENT !!! Do not give out your debit card info ever !

877-691-8086 is a valid Chase number....the regular banking center did not know that this was their fraud dept number.sorry for the confusion.

This is Chase's Loss Prevention Department, which I am currently on hold with because I am completely fed up with Chase.

if this is a chase number, why did they try to contact me when i do not have an account with chase?

I also got a call from them number. I would not give them my birth date and hung up. I called Chase and got put through to their fraud group. It really was them, but I'm glad I did it my way. I would have had nightmares if I had given out that info without being comfortable with whom I was speaking.

Its scammers spoofing chase banks number.They called my home line and my girls cell.She doesn't have chase.They just want to steal your account info.

I guess this was Chase... but they acted so shady about verifying a check... they wanted me to give them all the info vs. them telling me anything?
