The number keeps changing...I am not out of State 713-427-6380.....area code keeps on changing to 712-427-6380.

Chase: to verify online transfer. Called number on my card first. They asked for this phone number and confirmed it was theirs.

LOL if you're calling the number on the back of card it's not fake..

I work for Chase and just got a call from them...This is fraud. We don't ask for peoples info...we already have it.

They are Legit.. They ask a lot of questions but they called to verify a check.. Not a scam number

They(Chase) called my mother is law...not sure how they got her number to ask about an out of sequence check on my bank account that has been open for 19 years,,,I called this number to verify and after they asked me for my debit card number, last 6 digits of SS , address, phone number ......they put me on hold and then came back with 4 multiple choice questions...which they said that I answered one incorrectly( which related to the month of my birth)....I said I don't think I got it wrong.....but didn't I just give you my complete date of birth on the prior questions ....."well yes....but that does not manner...you got the multiple choice question wrong"....and then told me they were going to cancel the payment I had made to the credit card account unless my wife and I visited a branch. These people are idiots.....I went to the bank branch....to get it straighten out....and they insisted the bank NEVER calls customers to verify posted checks.....but demanded they call the number in front of me.....and sure enough, it was Chase' fraud dept.....

I got a call from this number as well. It's chase bank fraud prevention department. If you do something out of the ordinary in your account they'll verify it before they release the transaction. Im actually really happy my bank watches my account that much.

This was chase loss prevention calling me to verify a $1000.00 check I authorized for my mothers mortgage. I am SO happy that chase called me to verify and makes me feel that I am in good hands with this bank. Yes they were VERY shady when I called, waited over 10 minutes to speak to a human, however, I came to this site and saw that most others agreed.They do ask for all your personal info and even ask for you to enter your debit card PIN into the phone! Scary, but it's real Chase.

We don't have a Chase account and never have had. Why would they call us?
