My message was left on the answering machine. It left the 888-545-4170 return. It said it was RMS and wanted to speak to my son that lived here 15 years ago and it was not even this telephone number.One interesting thing is that is says you have 3 seconds to hang up or identify yourself or you are acknowledging that you are indeed "the name they give". What kind of legal crap is that.

I have no idea who these jerks are, but I have reported them to my phone company and the FCC. I have had the number blocked and they just call using another number...... Isn't there a law about using the phone for harassment?????????

Harassing my 92 year old mother for a terminated HUMANA Medicare insurance because her local clinic would no longer accept the contract from HUMANA due to too low reimbursements will be a problem for RMS and HUMANA. With a terminated account and no claims submitted to HUMANA for reimbursement, harassing my mother is causing mental distress.I waited for a minute when RMS young, immature, representative "Preston" decided to answer his company's war dialed call. When he came on it took about a minute for him to provide information that he was doing a financial shakedown for HUMANA to capture as much money for that failing company by pursuing bogus, wrongful claims against elderly people. Then, after a back and forth game of ping pong, Preston insisted on having the last word by saying have a good day and after 3-4 minutes of that, I got the last word of repeated "don't call" with a dial tone.Then I called and got "Minerva G" from Customer Service of HUMANA. Minerva tried to run circles around an "outstanding balance" and "company policy" and I replied that it was our policy to not accept any bilings under Medicare law when the account had been terminated and a new Insurer, Blue Cross Blue Sheild had been contracted for Medicare Medgap coverage with premium payments and claims processed by them. Again an exchange of ping pong positions.My statement was that if RMS called and mentally abused my mother anymore causing mental distress, I would initiate a small claims court action against RMS and HUMANA to get a court order to stop harassment of my 92 year old mother, reimbursement for my time in intiating and following through on this action, Court Fees and costs such as mileage to and from the Court and compensation of over $50,000 for emotional distress for my mother.I can and will intitiate this claim. So if RMS trolls are following this website, bring it on you little sparrow farts!!I advised Minerva G that she sounded like an educated and intelligent young woman, that I realized the labor market for jobs was tough right now but that I was confident that she could and should try to find a different career path than shaking down elderly citizens for $45 here and $60 there for monies that are not owed to defraud them of monies AND mentally abuse them.She wished me a Happy 4th of July and I returned the comment.

These idiots have now called 4 times and left a message saying they are trying to collect a debt. The don't ask for anyone by name and they don't identify the debt or to whom the debt is owed. I have never been behind on any debts and have received no letters from anyone saying I owe anything. I figure if it's legit, someone will ask for me my name or send me a letter. But from what I read here, contacting them doesn't do any good and it changes the rules of engagement to their advantage. Sorry, idiots. If you really know who I am, there are other, more legitimate, more credible ways to contact me. $$%^ off!

I am getting a rash of calls from them. It is apparently for my ex-husband and or his wife. We divorced in 1997 AND I live in another state. WHY are they calling me about THEIR debt?

The only way you are going to stop this BS is to go after the phone company they have their phone thru!Give your Congress Person Hell to pass a law that "the phone company" should be fined 1 Thousand dollars say for allowing these people to harasses you. Elections are getting ready to come up and if they don't pass a law against this BEFORE ELECTIONS, throw the BUMS out of office. They are only there for the money anyway--at least most of them but this is the only way you will be able to stop this BS. GO AFTER THE PHONE COMPANY after they say get 2 complaints That should stop them. Then in a couple of years have the fine raised to $10,000.00 per call. Last time I checked with the gov about calls like this they said they were running over a year behind in checking them. And they use an LLC so you can't get the person, just the broke company and they laugh at you all the way to the bank every day! Governments ALL fail. Now it is time to break up AT&T again like they did years ago and the service got better but they are back together again so you need to go after the phone companies and make them pay for this harassment. Received a ltr saying I owe money on my RX plan I cancelled over a yr ago. I do not owe any past due premiums. This is a scam. There is an RMS company in FL and this scam co is using their name. I checked out their phone number and found this site. Do not fall for this scam. Do not be a target.
