Got a call from the at 11:25 last night, didn't answer....this morning I entered 888-888-8888 in my address book and its ringtone to "no ring"
Got a call from 888-888-8888 at 12:48am. Nobody there. I hope they call back. This will be fun for me. hee hee!
Several times I have received calls from this number and ignored it. Last night I picked it up and a female in a foreign sounding voice said something I could not understand and then hung up on me. I worried that I might trigger one of those $2400 charges from some Caribbean island, I didn't call her back to tell her to STOP CALLING ME!!
Called at 12:30am and 6:15 am in the same night. Woke me and my husband up both thimes. They have gotten my cell phone number!!!! I called back - failed call. I pick up & no one is there. Is this some sort of scam????
I been getting the same call from 1-888-888-8888 for about a month now .. and i gt them at random times .. i never answer as i only answer calls from people i know cuz i have prepaid phone and im not wasting minutes on spam calls... this just great .... first spam on internet, then emails, now phones/cellphones, when will it end?since i delted my calls list this is how many times it called:7/28 @ 4:06 PM7/24 @ 7:14 PM7/24 @ 2:32 PM
I also recieved this call from this same number and a chinese"or so they said" they knew myname as well they also said that my girlfriend gave them my number. The subject on the other end of the line started out speaking a foreign language then when i started cussing them out they spok english. The most info that i have gathered at this poin is that someone is using a website to bypass the caller id feature and these websites allow you to put in the number and the name that you want to show up on the id.
I been getting the same florida call it has a 727 area code and i been getting the 888 888 8888 number alot .. and i never answer them... i text th florida one saying whwo is this and i got a message back saying "ur message was successfully transferred to an answering machine/ voicemail.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
scam debt collector calling, asks to call a diff number, ignore

Suspected spam. Phone rang twice and then hung up. No voicemail left.
