I just received a call from that bs also telling to call Sam Wilson because they have an arrest Warrent for me . This is some crazy bs but little do they know I work with the sheriff office
calls emails and messages from the same Sam Wilson. Scam not afraid of him and he and his group of scammers need to be arrested and fried!!!
I think they get our information from payday loans. After I got a payday loan, I get all kinds of crazy phone calls.
Same thing has happened to me. It's Scary, but I did not give in. I called my local Bails Bondsman run my name and he confirmed that there were NO warrants out for my arrest. And that this was very much a scam. So ,please everyone stop allowing this JERK do this to you. Ignore the calls and text. Take care out there
There was no number that showed up so nothing to block, but it is the same thing. I got an automated call message. . They left a message from the number 911+...
I received a 911 call on my cell phone today. I was advised by officer Adam Smith(heavy Indian accent) that they had a warrant for my arrest and to call Sam Wilson, Attorney General office in Florida at 786-358-0441. I asked "officer Smith" for his badge number and he gave me a bogus number. For kicks I called the number in Florida and was told that it would take a few minutes to transfer to Atty Sam Wilson. I sat on the phone, no music no nothing for 10 minutes and finally hungup. A few months ago I was looking for a quick loan online and Cash Advance approved me for up to $5000. I had them email me the documents and in researching saw that they were not authorized to lend in Illinois. They also wanted me to go to Walmart and call them when I got there to Western Union them $150.00 before they would send the money. I called them back and pretended I was at Walmart and got the Western Union information from them. I then called the number on the documents they sent me and gave them all the information I had been able to get from them. I told the "bogus" lender that I knew this was a scam and that I had reported them. He verbally told me and sent me a text that they would make my life miserablePlease people do not fall for this. I was looking for a quick fix for something and almost fell for it.
You don't have to be an [***] about it. There are a lot of people out here just trying to raise our families and make ends meet and someone coming at you like that is very scary. We aren't all as perfect as you and believe it or not we are human and make mistakes. We get scared and do stupid things sometimes. I'm sure even you have fallen for something in your life that made you mad or feel stupid. We need people helping us with the situation not belittling us. That's what the genius on the phone is for. Your advice is very well stated thank you. Many on here will appreciate that. I know I really do too. But slow your roll on the prick parade. :)
"...message is here we have received a legal law suit file and arrest warrant against your name if you need information call me on 8503888774 you only have..."
This is a scam! Anytime anyone wants you to get a green dot card for whatever reason they are scamming you. You can try to get justice but better off just blowing these guys off and rest easy knowing that you did nothing wrong and let it go. This is the second time a place in FL has tried to scam me out of my social security money. They got over 300 dollars the first time by me trying to get a payday loan from First Cash Advance loans which doesn't even have offices in FL. Please people do not give these scumbags one red cent! And to those who have lost money to these creeps my heart goes out to you just don't be the next victim in their scam game. Save all the info they send you so that one day we might be able to sue these scammers in a class action lawsuit. That's why they use those green dot cards. No way to trace or find these lowlifes! I'm so sorry this has happened to you as well. Maybe we should start by calling the FBI or Homeland Security?? There really HAS to be something that we all could do if we could get a list of victims and get these creeps. I so much want to respond to their text but I'll leave it alone so to not stress me out any further. I'm on disability and crap like this just aggravates situations I'm having to deal with without this on top of it all. Karma do your thing. The quicker the better! God bless.
