same old [***] story.. They have called me multiple times and I am thinking of a way to catch these [***].. Looking at all these posts, if anyone has taken any serious action against them, pls do share your experience.
That just happened to me I got an email threatening to contact y employer then the same 911 calling my cell what did you do next
Got a call today and on my caller ID stated that it was a emergency 911 call. I was at work when I received the first call so I missed the call and the man with a accent left a message that I had a arrest warrant for my name and social security number and that I needed to call the attorney Sam Wilson within 30 minutes or I would be arrested that afternoon and serve 6 months in jail. I called the number back and it went to a voice mail. I called my husband and gave him the information and told him I was at work and couldn't keep calling and for him to call and see what he could find out. He called the number and got the voice mail and left a message for them to call him back. The man with the heavy accent called my husband straight back and told him that there was a warrant for my arrest but told my husband the name the loan was under and that was not even my legal name and has never been. He then told my husband that the law was on the way to my job to arrest me. When he got off the phone with my husband he called me back on my cell again and it showed up emergency 911 again. I answered the call and the man told me he was with head quarters police and the I had a arrest warrant for my arrest since I didn't call the attorney back within 30 minutes. He stated that he was working with my local police department and that they would be there within 16 minutes to pick me up at my job which he had correct. I asked what the warrant was for and he stated that I had a advance loan that had served the warrant. I told him I didn't have a advance loan in my name or with the last name that he was calling me with. He then said that my local police would be there in 16 minutes and would arrest me. I called my husband and told him what they said and he told me not to worry. I work with my local police department through my job and I called them and asked if they had a warrant under my name or the name they were using. The lady told me she didn't have anything and I gave her the information and they called the number and of course it went straight to voice mail. The officer left his name and number and the man called him straight back. When he found out that it was the police calling him he told the office that some stole his number months ago but others were calling the police department while I was on the phone with them. I have not heard anything back after the police called him but I wish he would call me cause I would like to tell him a piece of my mind. If you are getting these calls call your local police department first before you do anything.
He is honest man trying to make easy living from you.If you can not afford to pay back the loan do not borrow in the first place. If you owe money then you can't have food on your table - which part of that don't you understand? I notice you always have enough cash to buy a packet of cigarettes. My father once said: "Never a lender or a borrower be.". Later he said: "I once had $10 and I had a friend, I lent my $10 to my friend now, I have neither.".Sam Wilson does not want to fall out with you. Sometimes he has to shout to make it easy for you to understand. He never ever swears - that is a lie! If he did swear it was because you were cheeky or trying to be clever and he brought you down a peg or two.I will gladly pay the monkey to Sam Wilson with no questions, backchat or cheekiness.
My God you people are stupid except the cat who was interested in the tuna (you're the only one talking any sense); sorry I only had one tin and I'd already ate it by the time I read your message. It was tuna steak as well. I don't know what to eat tonight; I'll probably have chicken in a bag.
My daughter got a voice mail from this guy stating need to call asap to Seattle washington as a warrent would be issued. I'm laughing at this as my daughter is 10 years old how could she be in a lawsuit. How could anyone fall for this one he never actually said who he was looking for and didn't say what city I lived in. Please people use common sense if you really had a warrant the police would not call you asking for money they would just show up and take you to jail. I wished I could have answered that call
