My calls from that man have been coming since a few years back but I never gave him anything cause I had no money to give at the time because I was struggling to pay my rent, utilities and food. But I thought they were legit cause they knew about a loan I had borrowed (pay my rent and I had not been able to pay back.) They knew everything about me like where I worked and where I lived my ssn and so I thought they were legit calling from the cash loan office so when I told them that I couldn't pay them anything at the time they persisted but stopped for awhile until last week Thursday July 10, 2014. I was on my way to Walmart with my father and my 2 year old nephew to buy things I needed. Then I got an emergency 911 call with a voicemail stating I had to call attorney Sam Wilson right in the middle of the parking lot. For a second I thought my nephew had triggered the call since he takes my phone and plays with it even though it has a password in which he can not open to make calls or get into my menu. But once I heard the message stating I needed to call Sam Wilson in 15 minutes or they would go to my home and arrest me. Of course I panicked and called Sam Wilson who then told me I owed a lot of money on Cash Advance loan. My husband had just gotten paid that day only 200 hundred dollars was all we had to buy food and toiletries I needed. So of course like a fool I told my dad and he was upset and my 2 year old nephew was getting fussy. But Sam told me to go to CVS or Walgreens to buy a money pak I never even heard of til that day. He wanted me to be on the phone while I went but I couldn't do that since it was a prepaid cell phone and I only had a limited amount of minutes if I did that I would loose his call so he gave me 30 mins to do what I had to do or the cops would take me to jail. but once I got to CVS he told me to call him. I said ok. So I went to the bank first to get the 200 dollars out and did what he asked me to do. I bought a moneypak for $195.00 instead cuz(oh and a note on those cards you have to pay a fee for that which is $4.95 that Sam failed to inform me about) and I called him back and told him that I could only give him $195 cuz he didn't tell me about the fee for purchasing those card then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to scratch the back strip and give him the #s which I did. Then he said he would give me a call back to give me my confirmation. He sent me an affidavit of my warrant for my arrest to my email. So of course I thought more than ever it was real. So my dad and my nephew and I went to Target cause my father needed something to get there. I waited almost an hour and a half for Sam to call me back and by that time we were getting ready to sit down and eat at McDonalds which my dad paid for, when I received his call telling me that cash advance people where not satisfied with the $195.00 I had given them. And that they wanted more so they wanted $480.00 dollars which I didn't have cause my husband only got paid $200 and I had given it all to him. I also told him I would give him the rest when I got paid tomorrow which would be Friday But he wasn't satisfied he continued his threats that if I didn't pay the $480.00 that he would continue with the arrest and would give me back what I paid for and I would go to jail then he told me to ask my dad or a friend to borrow the money. I told Sam I couldn't do that since my dad is retired and is on a fixed income and that he has bills to pay. But he persisted and threatened until it wore me down to where I was in tears and told my dad what was going on. My dad was upset but he finally said he would loan me the money and he did after he and my nephew ate we were off. I had lost my appetite by then. We went to the bank where my dad took the $480.00 out and off to CVS to buy another moneypak. So I got a $475.00 instead cuz we forgot the $4.95 fee the card charges. Then after that Sam Wilson got his money and told me I could go home. What a shmuck that guy is. Then I went home to wait for his call for confirmation # which he did not give me by the way. When my husband got home from work. I explained to him what had happened to me that day. And right in the middle of my conversation with my husband Sam Wilson finally calls and tells me letting me know that I still needed to pay the rest $689.00 or something cuz I couldn't understand his accent but that he would cut in half. Pay half tomorrow and the rest I could pay next week. So he told me tomorrow which would be Friday when I got paid that I could pay $330.00. I said that was fine. He said he would call me in the morning at 9 or I could call him. Next morning I called several times but he didn't answer. And when he finally called. I told him I had only gotten paid $250.00 dollars since I work part time. My sister had given me $60.00 to buy food and whatever I needed. However because of the amount my check was it was not what he or his client wanted I had to add the $60.00 dollars to make $300.00 at least might not be $330.00 what he originally asked for but I thought $300 was good enough. Boy was I wrong. However I ended up buying another moneypak for $165.00. After I bought the money paks and gave to him I went home and waited for his call on my confirmation. When he did call an hour later he said cash advance wanted the rest. I started crying thru the phone and he was like no, no, no, please don't cry Ms. Diane I'm trying my best to work with you. When he said that of course I blew up at him cuz he continued with his harassment about if I don't pay all of it. Then all the money that I gave him so far would be returned to me and I would go to jail. Now in the back of my mind I thought back a few years ago about what a friend said to me once. He said you cannot go to jail as long as your paying something proves to them your trying to resolve it but it just didn't click. I was just frustrated and scared. So it got ugly between us. So again he asked me to borrow from my dad. I told I couldn't do that cuz the money he had given to me yesterday was all he had. But that clown was persistant and making threats. So again I asked my dad which my dad said no he had no money left. So I called my sister and told her what was going on. She got a friend to loan me the last payment which Sam said was $380.00 that I owed. And I said if I pay this you will leave me alone and the arrest will be called off? He said it would. So back again here we go to pick up the money at my sisters job and back to Walgreens. Bought another moneypak of $380.00 and gave to him. Once I got home I waited for his call. Imagine my surprise. He was having trouble getting the money out of that card. But before that happened I asked for my confimations that I had already paid up which he sent to me thru my email. I also got all his information where his office was located which probably was al lie anyway (knowing what I know now) anyway he wanted me to borrow another $380 since he couldn't get the $380 out of the money pak I had already bought. The nerve is what I thought. And I even told him so. I went from being scared to not being scared anymore. I told him I was not going to pay him another dime that I paid what he asked for and if he couldn't get it out that was not my problem but his I told him that I had proof that I had paid and that was that. And as usual he was making his threats. I just told him to keep trying til the card worked. Then I lied to him and told him I would call him back later and hung up and got dressed and went to work. Later during the weekend I tried to find out if the money was really stuck in the card but that money pak company is a hassle they have an 800# but there is no live customer service to speak with then when you go to there web site same thing. All it has is a help line but it is very difficult to find out information of amount on the card. Moneypak needs to have better service then that. Well the weekend came and went Monday morning I called cash advance. The girl I spoke with recognized me even though it had been years since I borrowed money. She was very friendly so I told her what was going on. She said she would look my info up. I gave her my ssn and she told me my pay day loan for cash advance was already paid up. I owed no money to them. I felt such relief but at the same time I felt bad. I had given this idiot a lot of my money and my husbands. Not to mention my dads and my sisters friends money I was pissed. I couldn't believe I had fallen for it that I was tricked into giving him that money that I thought I owed. So he's been calling harassing making threats to send the cops out on me and giving me all my money back if I didn't pay the $380 which I did and getting his sidekicks to pretend to be cops calling my cell # over and over again. Tuesday same thing but blocked him finally but still calling using emergency 911. But I haven't talked to him at all since Friday afternoon. Then later I discovered that he is lying about not having the $380.00 my sister contacted the help support and they told her that there is no money in there. Sam Wilson took it. Yet he keeps leaving messages on my Voice mail that I still owe. What a crock. My sister says an expensive lesson to learn I agree but I want my money back and I won't stop til I do get it back. I haven't called the police or the FBI cuz I don't trust them. I don't know what to do. that was a lot of money I gave this theif. A total of $1515.00.....

It should be a way that we can get our money back we work to make the money and these [***] is just [***] us up with this [***] it should be a law against this type of [***] the Sam wilson that call me still has the same number when I call him from my phone the number doesn't exist but when I blocked my number he pick up

There need to be a law against this because if they are not attorney General then these states that they are call from and then when we request for per money back the state should be responsible for it and then they would put a stop to these people

This is some crazy stuff that there sould be a law where people who is using landlines to do dirt [***] to people who work hard for theironey and not to be able to get it scam from them

I just got a call from a [***] who suppose to be a state polico by the name Kevin Williams for me to call attorney Sam wilson he blocked the number but wth their stupid [***] it the same number the call Friday and now I'm goin to my law enforcement and state pressing chargers on them this [***] is [***] crazy

Ongoing calls at the workplace for a former employee. I see this is Cash Advance Loan, why haven't they been caught ? All the attorneys named Sam Wilson need to get together and sue them for slander or whatever.

My wife got a fake 911 call. She was then asked to call 850 725 8213. The office of Sam Wilson. The jerk said my wife owed $800 in a cash advance loan from 2 years ago. She never got a loan for $800. He called from a fake 911 number and the area code was Florida of 850. That's a Tallahassee area code. He demanded $150 and would give us 30 minutes to send the money because a warrant was issued and my wife would spend 6 months in prison. I told him I knew he was a scam artist. We even got advice from the state police that this was fake. My wife called me crying and flipping out. I was so mad I wanted to reach through the phone and ring his neck . He had an Indian accent. What attorney general would call and demand money through a green dot card or western union? My mom lives in Tallahassee. The state attorney general for Florida is Pam bondi. This happened to me in the past too. I never fell for it. I'm glad my wife calmed down. She did nothing wrong and would never get arrested. Probably some terrorist trying to fund a group. Damn scum bags. Reading all these blogs make me sick and he called back 3 times in a row. Sick [***] basterd.

The guy Sam Wilson called me yesterday at my work place and stated that there was a warrant for my arrest and that I had to send him 500 to cancel long story short I sent him the 500 and I canceled it in time to get my refund check these people are crooks don't let them get you they almost got me the number that called me was 8507252385 becareful
