Just block the number. It's all a scam. People need to always do research before giving money out. All you need to do it Google the number they call you on and you'll find out if it's a scam or not. They called me, I cussed the guy out and blocked the number.

It is so unfortunate that this happens and I hate to tell you but there is no way these creeps are going to give you your money back. I hate a similar phone call and almost fell for it till they told me also to hock everything I own. I called them out and they hung up. Wish I had some better info for you.

notify the state att office and the police. you will prob never see any money but we need to get these scammers

This happened to my mom today. She actually sent this guy $200 yesterday. I called and spoke with him today and he became upset, saying that my mom shouldnt have never told a "third" party about their conversation. And that the conversation was being recorded. After we spoke, he called her back and wanted an additional $340 or a warrant would be issued. I told her it sounded like a scam. I'm so glad I did research cause he said she was going away for 6 months.

Well since you think he' so "honest" then you pay the money that he thought he was going to scam my mom out of for a loan that she didn't take out. I'm pretty sure a person would remember taking out a loan and paying it back and I don't mean 2-3 years.

his number has changed. its now 334-578-9396 which is out of Alabama but he could be calling from any where. He called my mom on yesterday. I wasn't home and he informed her of a payday loan from 3 years ago and a warrant was out for her. I left work and came home but by the time I arrived she had sent him $200. She said the warrant scared her. I told her she should have waited until I arrived because that was a red flag. Then she sent it through a wire transfer instead of the Sheriffs office that supposedly called her. So then today he called back and wanted another $340 or the warrant would go through so I talked to him and he became upset saying the call was being recorded. I told him that was fine and that I just wanted to know what the loan was for and where was the paper work. I also told him that law enforcement brings a warrant to a house not a "attorney" calling. I guess he didn't like that cause he wanted to talk to my mom so I called her on 3 way and he began yelling at her saying "i told you don't include a third party". I hung up. I told my mom it doesn't sound right but she was still nervous and he kept calling and wouldn't hang up with her. So I was at work and he had already said the police was coming to get her in an hour and 3 hours had passed so I really knew it was a scam. He called so many freaking times but then i typed his name in the search engine on Google and saw all I needed to see. I called her and told her to hang up with him. He called back 16 times, now what legit person does that. I called him myself and told him I knew about their operation and that I would be reporting him to BBB, The Attorney General and The Sheriffs office. His voice went american and I hung.

I received a call emergency call from an officer mark Johnson stating I need to call sam wilson telling me I have a warrant and if I don't comply I will be arrested for 6 months
