I had the same thing done to me today... Except i was curious as to where the loaan was from, and when he told me i told him i wasnt going to do anything about it if it wasnt my fault, and when i asked to speak to a supervisor he said he needed an answer quick, when i said no he said im calling the cops, i told him go ahead im still not going to do anything about it, he then hing up on me.

This happened to me too and with the same number!

I just got the same call and it sounds like a voice scan system they keep asking you to repeat the information they are giving you to use the recording of your voice ...he hung up on me because he said he was at the state police post and I kept asking to talk to his comanding officer and I would not repeat anything in till I talked to the actual police .....he did not like that

Same guy same BS This is Mar 2, 2016. He is a scammer. I called him a few choice word and he responded by calling me a ****sucker and mother********. He certainly is not from any legitimate company let alone the Florida Attorney Generals office. I urge you to file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office. Not that they will be caught but at least you can make the authority's aware. They are using in "most cases" a Magic Jack number that is rarely traceable as the Magic Jack company customer service is raw to say the least.

Just got a call saying I will be arrested for a pay day loan I didn't pay back. Little do he know I am disable and don't work. He got upset and hung up on me when I called him out. I called him back and he answers the phone with yeah . I asked where did hello you reached Sam Wilson attorney general of Florida. He then hung up again. All well that end wells.

I received a call from this individual who are fraudulent and bogus scammers...he claims to be attorney Sam Wilson(attorney) w/ attorney general of Florida office-I was also emailed from him and sent a letter I could be jailed for theft his # 206 905-1590 his email kevin.lance@gmail.com-I want these calls to stop asap

After reading your story I am truly sorry for what has happened to you. But you should trust the police and FBI because they have nothing to do with this "Sam Wilson" he's a scammer who has no ties to the attorney at all. I'm a full time law school student so when I got this call it scared me because something like this can effect my future career. I called him and he told me all that BS and even sent me the warrant... (By the way that is not what an arrest warrant looks like plus I don't live in Florida) anyways he said he wanted all this money and I wouldn't give it to him. So I kept getting calls from him and all that, after awhile I contacted the FBI and they said its a scam and to not give them money. They are currently investigating it now... But unfortunately you won't get your money back and I'm truly sorry for that.

Mr Sammy called me too. He has a warrent for my arrest. He said officers were on the way to arrest me. I called my local police. We all laughed at this scam.
