did you get your claim filed if so what did they say

Is there anyone else out there who's credit card got charged an extra charge after they had already paid for the course? I got charged almost $300 twice! They claimed is was a mistake, that they had charged the wrong card, but twice? I'm wondering if this is something they are doing to other people too.

I'm in the process of taking the course as well and find it extremely frustrating. I have not been able to speak with a live person since enrollment and personal questions have to be asked in their FAQ website section. If the question doesn't pertain to the lesson, its not answered. I really wish now that I did a thourough research on the company before signing up.

Actually, that question has quite a few words that could fill in the blanks and be correct. It's a matter of them looking for an exact word that is the problem, and they might just be doing that on purpose. That sentence is very vague. Most of the test questions are extremely vague. Test questions should be designed in such a way that (if you DO know the material) you know what answer they are looking for. These questions have many possible answers which are still all along the same lines."The lighting in a room determines its ambiance and how we percieve everything""The decor in a room determines its style and how we percieve everything""The layout in a room determines its functionality and how we percieve everything"Are any of these statements wrong?

hi everyone, i enrolled in course. haven't taken test yet but am very happy with how things are going. this is a new company experiencing growing pains, but working hard to correct them. i'm not the mk that has made other post. just wondering if she ever thought of contacting the company with her complaints they were very helpful with my concerns.

You can force a refund by contacting your credit card company, but you first have to return all materials to them. Credit card companies will help you if the purchase was less than 60 days ago.
