I received a call tonight from MJR collection! Yes I owe. No I can't come up with $5900.00 to settle. I would like to arrange a payment on monthly like 100 200 a month but we argue she hands phone over to senior collector he threatens me A lot does not want my excuses... Tells me to pay up or get a Lawyer. and then hangs up.. who'd thunk i would [***] MJR so much they would hang up on me :) Bad attitude my [***].. you hardly even know me or my lawyer. I will wait for tomorrows call i guess BTW they sugested I use a credit card to pay off my credit card debt hmmmm

MJR Collection on behalf of WELLS FARGO. Wells Fargo could be given a copy of your death certificate and they'd probably dig you up out of your grave just so they could sell your bones for the mineral value.

I totaly agree with you,,,people go through. hard times and that doesnt give these debt collectors the right to call,harass and belittle people.

they wont stop calling and harassing me

If you can not pay that debt no matter what I you can not pay even if they take you to small claims court it would be a total wase of time ... even the judge made an arrangement and you still can not pay there is nothing they can do but try to put you in jail where it world cost them 20 times as much as what they were trying to collect in the first place .. so buckle up ... and live with it ,, (I am talking about the collection agency here)

Hi I have the exact same problem ... now I am on disability and cant pay a dime .. oh they will try but in the end ... they still wont get a dime ... I wish they could just learn to live with that I tried several time .. to get consolidated credit payments ... Canadian tire refused three or four times ... well ... now they wont get anything .. I just don't have the money ... period

This company isn't in Mississauga at all. They are located in Markham. It's a trick so you don't hunt them down. If you do some search you can find them with ease.
