Do not call my job.....I repeat do not call my job!!!

I know my son's bills were covered by Medicaid since he was just born in March. They are starting their calls. Well, Medicaid covers him 100% so good luck trying to get me to pay. They can't tell me what the doctor, hospital or a number to reach them at is. So NO I will not pay what I do NOT owe you!

I know they read these post, so they should know that I have been collecting information on them. Maybe I should drop by for lunch.

It is ringing every day. I can't sleep. I work nights.

Unfortunately the do not call list only applies to sales calls and things of that nature, it doesnt apply to debt collectors.

They are claiming I owe money for a date when I didn't get anything done then, and I have already paid all of bills. No reason for them to be calling me!

I just received a call from these idiots about 20 minutes ago. They tried to collect a debt that is beyond the statute of limitations. I told them that and they said that there is no such thing as a statute of limitations. I told her B.S. They also said BTW, after 5 minutes into the call, this call is being recorded. I said, I don't give a [***]. Then they tried to collect on a $13,000 radiology bill when the hospital screwed up on the radiology day and added extra zeros and to date the hospital did not correct it and the insurance company denied payment, when the hospital contacted the insurance company and got approval.I told her that I was not paying anything until everything is straightened out. I also told her that I did not have to talk to her and I am not doing business with her agency. The collector said I am trying to help you and I said, that's a lie. She repeated that there are no statute of limitations and I said BullSh!t and she said goodbye and hung up.

When a doctor is a moron and decides that he's not going to file a claim with your insurance, or that he'll actually make more money selling a "debt" than filing a claim like he's supposed to, then it goes to collections and you're suddenly $4,000 in "debt."

Ummm--this economy's got a lot more to do with big government than big business.

When you receive medical treatment, you have to sign a waiver or you will be refused medical treatment.
