Same thing happened to me. I went to pay at the doctor's website and it said zero balance. So I thought insurance must have paid it. (By the way the bill wasn't even from doctor. My doctor consulted with the physician on something she should have known). But a month later I get a letter from Synergy!

Dude, if you work nights and the phone keeps you up during the day, turn it off, turn the ringer off, or just unplug the damn thing!

Keep getting calls. My credit is 780. I don't owe any one. They are a scam and try to scare people into paying them. Works unsettling well on the elderly. My lawyer is handling this now.

contact: www.ftc.gov this is the federal trade commission, Part of what they do is take bogus collection agencies to task. You can file a consumer complaint and they will take it from there. Make sure that whoever is calling you is not doing so for a legitimate reason. Good Luck.

They keep calling me too and don't leave a message. I called back to see who it was and said "I am sorry, I guess I have the wrong number." The response: "No your not sorry, but it's okay." And hung up on me. Maybe you should think about your customer service? Ridiculous!

I do not appreciate the phone calls from this company and or individual. I would really like help in stopping these nonsense calls. Is there anything else I can do so that we will not be bothered by whoever is calling our phone number? I see there are a lot more people getting phone calls from this same number and they are just as upset as I am.

Has it ever occurred to you that people have or that the so-called bills are bogus. I am called about bills I do not even owe. So consider the alternative.

Getting calls from this number with empty 10-second voicemails as well. I'm also getting these empty voicemails from the number "Unknown" so it might be related.Interesting someone mentioned Bob Rizzy. He used to call me (or someone claiming to be him) pretty much every day, sometimes twice or three times a day, for a few weeks. Then he stopped. I think the number he called from was a Dallas number, but it was a while back.
