Yah this same "collector" got me once I knew about an outstanding debt and this company said it was a lawyer representing this same debtor so long story short I am out 600.00 stupid on my part but they think they are slick and gonna get me again....NOPE!!!!!

same here. paid medical bill to medical office and this group won't stop calling. I've given them check numbers, dates of transaction. All I get is "You should have paid us, not the office. We post paid bills faster." Yeah, like I want to pay a collection agency over the Dr's office. Not that the Dr's office even gave me 60 days to pay in full. We're talking about $375. They act like I owe thousands.

Have security freeze on credit report and getting all sorts of odd "owed bills". As for the ill advise of "I PAY MY BILLS...jeff nixon - 20 Feb 2009", ID theft is hitting alot of people- you don't know anyone else's background or details. Very poor advise- suggest you go thru what alot of people are going thru. I had my Identity stolen, courtesy of USPS & Citibank, medical bills were paid but they had an embezzler on staff (have canceled checks if you should want to see them..she stole the money, now they are trying to collect again. HMMM...who's responsible for this one????

Received 3 harrassing calls this week to my sister-in-law's home. Caller would not say who he was or what he wanted. Company name showed on caller ID. He demanded to speak with me. I am not going to call him back, so he can just stop. I have filed bankruptcy and it is illegal for any collections agency to call. I will report this to the governmental agency who regulates their business.

I get 4-7calls a day from these bozos. The last one was 45 minutes ago, The caller ID reads "Unavailable" and the phone number. I don't answer those type of calls because 9 times out of 10 nobody says anything when I answer, & they're using a spoofed number so I can't call them back. So if they don't want me to know who they are, I don't answer. After the third call, I block them and they'll never get an answer. But they're too stupid to catch on. I didn't know who it was until I came to this website.
