Synerprise is a collection agency. I got a call today. I've already made mynt arrangements, but they call all the time anyway. Very annoying!!!

Also, ten bucks says you support corporate bailouts and tax breaks for the upper 1% because you're the kind of social-climbing white trash who thinks their $45k/year income makes them super rich. If you don't pay I reserve the right to call you fifty million times a day, deal?

Had three calls in the last week from them, yesterday 3rd call finally a message using my name and leaving a number to call back. I wrestled with calling them back all night. Bit the bullet this morning - low and behold it is a collection agency! I asked them why they were calling me, they gave me all of the specifics. I told them I would call them back once I got all of my info together on the subject. I called them back stated that bill had been paid and cleared my bank. They immediately said they would research it with the referring agency. I then called the "referring agency" and told them the scoop. They pulled the account up and said 'I see how this happened, give us one minute.' She came back on the line and told me they had posted my payment in full to another account that had my name on it. Yet, I never received another bill or letter from them stating I had an open balance...months later it got sent to collection! They have now moved the money around and posted it correctly, are contacting the collection agency to get my name removed from the collection list. Everyone was very nice, very professional and definitely spoke English! No worries here that the company is legit.

I just added the jerks to my contact under @$$holes and set the ring tone as "No Ringer" so I'll never hear them call me again. And yes like the rest of you, I've had the same issue. No messages, no response when I answer the number, and they called me 4 times in 4 hours.So if they're calling your Cell Phone... add them to contacts and set the ringer to none.

this caller has called me every afternoon for weeks... does not talkor leave a no... when i pick up they hang up...what the hell?

You know....not all people.....in this day and time.....with the economy as it is.....job loss...etc.....can pay their bills exactly on time. Congrats to you, if you can. Get off your high horse.

Called around 10:45 a.m. and we didn't answer. Looked it up. Seems to be this company you all are talking about. We don't owe any medical debts to anybody. Here and there we have been getting annoying phone calls from different debt collection agencies. Somebody sold our number or some deadbeats had this number before. ugh. :( very annoying. I will block this number off on my call block. Hope they don't call again.

I keep getting calls from this number along with 2 other numbers that are unknown. Caller will only identify himself only as Allen. When I ask what company he is with he will not give any information to me until I have identified that I am the person that he is calling. He tries to intimidate me which I I think is humourous. I have cursed at this man only to be told that I can not use that language to speak to him. As I told him, until you identify yourself or pay my phone bill, I will speak in any manner that I choose. My husband had enough of this and when he got on the phone with Allen, he hung up. Messages are being left of static or so muffled that I can not understand. I will not call someone or speak to anyone until I know who they are and what they want. I have kept great records on this matter which began in January. they use several numbers to call. I do believe in Texas there is a law that you can only call a person 3 x in a day or in a week. i am not sure but as of now. I will continue this monitoring until April 1 and then I am reporting this to the authorities.

You must work for one of these nefarious "collection" companies.Many of these debt problems are actually created by the collectors who tack on nefarious "interest and fees" to the original debt. A tactic made possible by the war on the poor deterioation of consumer protections that gaurentee these collector created debts with taxpayer dollars.
