Called my cell phone today. When I answered, No response. After saying "Hello?" about 4 times, I received a computer recording that said Rosemary needed me to call her back at an 877 number or if I were in the Dallas area to call a local number. Nobody has my cell phone number except friends, family, and people I've sent my resume to. So I have no clue who this is, but if you're trying to collect money from me, speak to me the first time you call, don't expect me to waste my time trying to call back a recording!

These people must get paid according to how many calls they make or something. I keep getting calls daily from them, on something that's already been paid for. However, when they call, my phone only rings one time and no message is ever left. I guess as long as they hear a ring, it's considered a call.

They've called twice, each time the message says they're from synerprise Consulting and they're trying to collect a debt, but they don't tell me who they are looking for and I have no outstanding debts. So I'm confused.

Don't know who they are or why they call. They just call and hang up. Looks like a scam. Permanently blocked them on my cell.

Yeah DUH! If you paid your bills collectors wouldn't have to use illegal intimidation tactics. If you paid your bills you wouldn't have to worry your little minds about your so called "legal rights". And if you paid your goddam bills, these nice bill collectors wouldn't have to spend time spewing this "pay your bills" shite on sites like this.Yup, DUH says it all!

Received a call w/o a message. I called back and told them that I had received a call from there. They transferred me to a "representative" and then hung up.

Im not a bill collector. I actually had a bill slip through the cracks and go to this agency. I found this site while researching the company. I called the company and they helped me get it paid. No one was rude or pushy. I just check the postings on this site from time to time b/c i can always get a laugh out of some of the posts! Truth is, if you do REAL research...not just look at posters on these sites...this is one of the more customer service type agencies you will ever find.

Not everybody on here has outstanding debt. All my bills are in good, current standing. I'm getting these calls because my husband's piece of trash ex is somehow linked to my number. I'm always getting calls for her and I have to tell them the number they are calling doesn't belong to her and if we knew where she was, we'd be more than happy to give them that info. The calls stop for a little bit, then someone else calls for her. It's a bitter cycle. So, before you start accusing people of having debts and not owning up to them, get your facts straight. Not everyone is guilty.
