Excuse me Ms Texas NOT know it all - I am a retired para-legal (Yeah we do all the research for the lawyers ) and YOU do not know what you are talking about. So here is a crash course: In the state of Florida NO one can take your home for ANY reason (Why do you think OJ Simpson moved there - so the Goldmans wouldn't get anything when they won the civil law suit) - also 10% - not 25% and even less if you have dependents is garnished AND only for certain reasons. Further, Garnishing wages isn't as easy as reciting your A-B-C's - there are procedures to go through. Medical can NOT be garnished, as of this writing. Only child support - and back property - income taxes can be garnished! - SO STUFF that in your memory bank - and consider it a free lesson in REAL law!!!!!!!! Oh, and if you are on social security, SSDI or SSI - they can't touch you - except again - for back child support (and who the hec at 66 owes "back" child support? LOL)

Whistles work GREAT!!!!! I keep a good LOUD one by my phone (and in my car for my cell phone) and will not hesitate to use it for bogus callers!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said "Kansas" so I don't know who's truly calling. They left no message.

Excuse me Nixon - but that's not true - I have told them they have the wrong number (and to remove it) and person (my name is not whom they asked for and my number is only 4 months old) - THEY STILL CALL! So telling them they have the wrong number DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! Nor will they remove it!

Makes one wonder, We should never judge another person until we have walked in their shoes! Good for you tiredMT - EXCELLENT advice -identity theft is on the the rise - I was a victim of it 15 years ago (so I can relate to your situation) - it took 8 years to get it straightened out - an employee from a TV cable company (then you had to give your social security to get cable) stole my identity and had a ball with it at my expense (literally) - I was a paralegal at the time (now retired) and it could have cost me my job as what was being done is illegal and we need to follow the laws (like police officers) - I was fortunate to have a wonderful supervisor who worked with me and helped me get it straight (but took 8 years to get my credit rating back into the 800's)! .So that NIXON needs to KNOW all facts before judging! I still think he is Bob Rizzy!!!!!!!! AND works for that company due to his defense of it!!!!
