Caller ID said Christopher Hill. I didnt pick up, and no vm either. Blocked caller.
A robocall - recorded message that said "Hello seniors" and then on to say someone had recommended me for a medical alert. A search shows this number to be from New York, New York. A mobile number using New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC - DC with a spam score of 97%
I let it go to answering machine, and it said to press "1" for more information about a medical alert system for seniors. I pressed, "1" so I could tell them to remove my number. I spoke to someone and asked him, "What number are you calling?" He immediately hung up.
Rang 3 times and hung up. We don't answer unknown numbers. Sounds like another number to block.
My cell phone caller ID said Yonkers, NY so I let it go straight to voice mail. As many of you have mentioned, it's the medical alert scam - a recorded message saying that a friend or relation had recommended me. Yeah, right. I deleted the voice mail and have blocked the number, however since I have received this same recording from various (and alleged) New York phone numbers in the past, I'm sure they'll find a way to call again.
Got a call from this number this morning. thought it might be a legitimate call because they actually used a name, christopher hill. HA! NOT!
What a crappy job..you either have to be stupid,desperate or a gullton for punishment to be a telemarketer...
WOW!!! According to this robo-call I get a FREE medical alert system at NO COST TO ME because a family member or friend recommended me. Yeah, right. Another scam.
CID said "NEW YORK." Msg they left said something about a system waiting for me ... before I cut it off and blocked the number.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
