I was called today at 11:24AM 08/31/2016. Since I didn't recognize the number, I let it go to VM. No message was left. Probably a scammer.

Recording said "Hello seniors" and then on to say someone had recommended me for a medical alert. I should push #1 if I was interested. I pushed #1 because I wanted to tell them to take my number off their list. A lady answered and said her name was Cally? and her number was 5683. She asked who she was speaking to and I told her I was the DO NOT CALL LIST and had asked them numerous times to take my number off. I said I suggest you take my number off because I'm going to report the call. Her response was "maybe I will and maybe I won't". I then hung up. Why can't someone or something be done about these calls?????

Left message about medical alert system someone had evidently requested (oh, really????). Am on the DNC list, and this is approximately the 10th unwanted call this week alone (various phone numbers; probably 6 new phone numbers total; many repeats). I suspect phone numbers get passed around, even if one is on the DNC list. And why? What good is the DNC list?? When will this nonsense stop? What part of 'do not call' do they not understand?? Yes, frustrated and tired of seeing who is calling.

I got the same call. Didn't answer. Voice mail said free medical alert. The caller ID said Christopher Hill. So annoying!

Same here. Same CID of "Christopher Hill". ILLEGAL pre-recorded msg blatently targeting 'seniors' (exact words were, "Hello, Seniors!") So, they are obviously working off a list of info they got somewhere, possibly even voters records which re public and require/publish a birthdate (THAT needs to change.) I picked up at third ring and just listened w/o saying a word, expecting, as so often happens, to get the 'dead air' of a robodialer. Instead the message started to play immediately."Medic Alert" system for 'free' but they will ask you for your Medicare # which opens you up to Medicare Fraud. Every dollar that someone spends 'for' you diminishes your lifetime total coverage - there are lifetime limits to what can be spent.SO SICK of people (1) having info on us that they have NO BUSINESS obtaining and (2) ASSuming that people of a certain age are automatically stupid, senile or too drugged up to think. NOT always the case!My 90 yr old mother does not fall for these scams!

Same old relentless "Hello Seniiors" scam with a different number from "Christoper Hill".

Thanks to all that posted information on this scam. There have been commercials warning seniors about these scams to get Medicare info and make fraudulent claims, etc. The "friend recommended" is a ploy to obviously gain trust. Hate souless people with no conscience that try to take advantage of those they perceive as weak. Unfortunately, there are enough people who fall for scams and as long as big money can be gained, these scum bags will keep doing it. They can operate with impunity too, since our government and phone companies do very little to protecr us.
