Got a call this morning from this #. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Caller ID showed the # without dashes where a name should be. Figured it was a scam call.
This is a reply to NOT Scammed: Please accept my thanks for your very clear description of what happens. You have provided a service for all of us seniors. I do not answer any caller whose phone number I do not recognize, and I do not have any kind of answer machine because when that kicks in, it tells the scammer that mine is actually a good working phone number, and they will just keep calling. Also, I have been keeping a record of these phone numbers ~ and I keep a loud whistle next to my phone. When I receive a 3rd call, I pick up the phone (after taking a deep breath) and blow the whistle as long as I have the breath to do it. The person or machine on the receiving end thinks it is a fax machine. Bhahahahaha.
Call spoofed from another number. Calls could have been Hell U No What. It is a shame to hear someone talk about morality, when they are so guilty of it. I guess when you can't get any solutions on real issues, you start pitching that brown stuff. The old smoke screen routine. 518-354-2134..

Caller ID says Christopher Hill . I don't know any Christopher Hill and I don't know anyone in that area code. Blocked thewhole area code.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
