If Kaiser doesn't know who they are calling...why are they calling in the first place? Get the issues straight in your mind before you shoot your mouth off.You are not the only person in the world that knows about HIPPA. Who gives a crap about signage at Kaiser?? Most of us have Kaiser Email. They can easily communicate with patients through that medium and KNOW who they are leaving the email for. ...get back on your meds.
Actually what you said is not accurate. If you answer your phone, the robogal will wait until VOX and then start the message. Same thing will happen if you have a message recording that plays to callers. Then, you will receive a broken recording from the caller. It's on a loop.
The number is for the Kaiser appointment reminder service. Since it is for the behavioral health center, they do not leave messages for privacy.
I pick up the call and it automatically discounted, I re-dail the number for long times and it got busy signal.
This is not spam. It's their appt reminder phone. I have listed it in my address book and it comes up with Kasier Reminder onscreen when they call.
I just got the call from teh same number everyone has listed and I tried to call back for the last 20 minutes, but its just busy, busy and busy some more.

I just got a call from this number and googled it while the phone was still ringing before answering it. Found this website and that it was likely Kaiser calling to remind me of an appt I have on 12/29, so I answered it. Yep, just an automated reminder of that appt.
