I think they don't leave a message for confidentiality reasons. It might be a home phone, and anyone might answer it, and maybe the patient doesn't want other people at their home knowing they have a medical appointment coming up. So they're protecting your privacy.
Same experience, Kaiser has been [***] when it comes to these kinds of thing.(phone messages, secretary isn't good, even app messages.) Probably cause all the good workers quit.
But what if it was your home or work phone number and you didn't want other people there knowing you have a medical appointment?
Same Deal-I don't have an appointment scheduled and they call here and then don't leave a message. Never ID'd themselves as Kaiser....but checked other caller's history...my DR would leave a message...but this is a robo voice ...it's maddening to be bothered by this BS. Kaiser shouldn't be calling if they are not sure WHO they are calling...
