Everytime they call my phone automatically hangs up on them. You don't hear the phone ring either. Its silent. Nice feature because you won't even know they called. Hahaha .... I doubt class action law suit will be the ticket. They're probably calling from another country. Lol.

I just got a call from this number, and on my cellphone, in the Caller ID portion, it read "Pakistan".No, I didn't answer.No, there was no message left.

I will assume that this call came from Kaiser (Thank You 800 Notes community!). But the HIPAA rationale for not leaving messages doesn't make sense: I get voice mail messages from Kaiser whenever a prescription is mailed to me!

having worked for HIPAA for the state for many years, i can say that it's actually HIPAA - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. plus you can google it.

This was a legitimate reminder call from Kaiser.

OK so why would Kaiser be calling me in a Saturday not to mention after a major holliday are they even open if so why not answer when I say HELLO. well from now on they may face the ignore button since they feel it is OK to ignore me when I say hello..... hummmm what could they possible want?

Typical Kaiser. Doesn't surprise me a bit! I love it when they call me. They are the BEST. Right up there with the phony care "extended warranty" people in my book!!!!
